Marks & Spencer is seeking a commercially astute project professional to lead feasibility studies and development management for retail stores, relocations and extensions across the UK. You will manage projects through concept to development stages, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure design information is robust, commercially viable and deliverable within approved capital parameters.

• Pre-construction, development management or construction consultancy experience.
• Strong knowledge of feasibility, design development, planning and front-end processes.
• Experience managing cost plans, budgets, risk registers and value engineering.
• MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM or equivalent qualification beneficial or working towards.
• Proficiency with Excel, Teams, Project and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead feasibility assessments for new stores, relocations and extensions.
• Manage projects through concept, definition and development stages.
• Review landlord and developer requirements, including AFL technical elements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams to ensure deliverables are robust.
• Prepare business cases, budgets and risk mitigation strategies.
