Marks & Spencer in the Home Counties North is seeking a senior project professional to lead pre-construction and feasibility for new stores, relocations and extensions, from site acquisition to Stage Gate 2 handover. You will prepare and present feasibility studies, cost estimates and business cases to secure approvals.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, negotiate AFL terms with landlords, manage programmes and risks, and ensure projects deliver value within capital parameters.

Qualificações

• Experience in pre-construction, development management or construction consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of feasibility, planning and front-end development processes.
• Experience developing cost plans, budgets and risk mitigation strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead feasibility assessments for stores, relocations and extensions, evaluating site constraints and risks.
• Manage projects through concept, definition and development stages toward Stage Gate 2 handover.
• Review AFL terms, shell specs and development obligations with landlords and developers.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure deliverable and commercially robust design information.
• Prepare business cases, governance submissions and project budgets with clear recommendations.

Formação académica

Degree in Construction/Property/Surveying/Engineering

MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM or equivalent (beneficial)
