Job summary

Marks & Spencer plc is seeking an accomplished project professional to lead feasibility assessments and manage development opportunities for new stores, relocations and extensions. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, review landlord requirements, prepare business cases and budgets, and influence stakeholders to deliver commercially robust solutions.

A construction/property degree with MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM or equivalent is beneficial, and you should be proficient in Excel, Teams, Project and

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Construction, Property, Surveying, Architecture, Engineering or related discipline.
• MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or equivalent beneficial or working towards.
• Strong technical and commercial capability, including experience with Excel, Teams, Project and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility assessments for new stores, relocations, extensions and development opportunities.
• Manage projects through concept, definition and development stages with clear milestones.
• Review and negotiate landlord and developer requirements, including AFLs and shell specs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams to ensure coordinated, deliverable design information.
• Prepare business cases, budgets, cost plans and risk mitigation strategies.
