The Works is seeking a Retail Deputy Manager for an 18 hour-per-week contract in Winchester. You will support the Store Manager, lead the team on shifts, and uphold high standards of service and store presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Take ownership of stock management, merchandising and compliance.
• Lead shop floor operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Coach and develop team members with feedback and support.
• Step up to manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding and training of new staff.
• Monitor store performance and contribute ideas to improve sales.
• Ensure health and safety, cash handling and losses procedures are followed.
