Halfords is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor in Romford to lead a small team, deliver exceptional customer service and support the store management in daily operations. You’ll coach colleagues, drive sales targets and contribute to a positive shopping experience for every Halfords customer.

The role offers training for career progression within retail, with a focus on developing leadership capabilities and product knowledge across motoring and cycling categories.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a small team.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service in retail or service environments.
• Experience coaching others on-the-job.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and achieve targets.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Technical knowledge of motoring or cycling is beneficial, with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of a department.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver high standards of customer service.
• Support store management to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Maintain security and stock loss procedures.
