Halfords in Folkestone is seeking a forward‑thinking retail colleague to lead a department and coach a small team. You’ll deliver excellent customer service, hit sales targets, and support store management. Some key holder duties and adherence to security procedures are part of the role.

Training is offered to develop your career within our motoring and cycling brands. Experience supervising a team and delivering great service in retail is ideal; motivation, punctuality and a passion for helping

Formación

• Experience of supervising or leading a small team.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service in retail or services.
• Experience delivering on-the-job training / coaching.
• Experience working to tight deadlines.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Motoring or cycling knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day running of a department.
• Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver standards.
• Support store management to deliver best service.
• Take key holder responsibilities and follow security procedures.
• Contribute to training and development to progress in retail.
