Job summary

Halfords is seeking a capable supervisor to lead a department on the sales floor and supervise a small team, delivering market-leading service. You’ll support the store management team and help coach colleagues to maintain high standards across the operation.

You will also contribute to security compliance and stock control while benefiting from ongoing training and career development opportunities within the Group.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a small team.
• Experience delivering great customer service in a retail or services environment.
• Experience delivering on-the-job training / coaching to others.
• Experience working to tight deadlines.
• A track record of achieving exceptional results against sales targets.
• Ideally some knowledge in motoring or cycling; training provided.
