Halfords in Twickenham is seeking an enthusiastic supervisor to lead a department on the sales floor. You’ll work with your team to wow customers and drive market-leading standards, acting as the gateway to management with day-to-day responsibility and coaching others to success.

You’ll support the store management team to deliver excellent service, with a focus on meeting sales targets, security, and stock procedures. Training is prioritized to help you progress in Retail or across the Group.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a small team.
• Experience delivering great customer service in retail or services.
• Experience delivering on-the-job training or coaching.
