Job summary

Halfords in Leeds is seeking a supervisor to lead a small team on the sales floor, responsible for the day-to-day running of a department, supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver market-leading service. This role sits on the store leadership team and supports the store management to ensure excellent customer experience and achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a small team.
• Experience delivering great customer service in retail or services.
• Experience delivering on-the-job training / coaching to others.
• Experience working to tight deadlines.
• Track record of achieving exceptional sales results.
• Ideally some knowledge of motoring or cycling; training provided.
