Job summary

One Stop in Morecambe is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team. You will play a vital role in day-to-day store operations, delivering excellent service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the store’s appearance.

You will engage with customers, seek feedback, and support across areas including tills, replenishment and online orders. We value safety, teamwork and a friendly, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work across multiple store areas and roles.
• Willingness to learn and follow store policies.
• Available to clock in/out accurately and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Know customers and serve them with passion and pride, delivering great natural service.
• Encourage customer feedback through surveys.
• Work across all store areas including online, tills, replenishment, vending and stock routines.
• Follow training to work safely.
• Participate in seasonal and community events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
• Maintain store appearance and safety, and ensure accurate hours are recorded.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear PPE where available.
• Follow the Think 25 policy when serving age-restricted products.
