Mole Valley Farmers Limited in Basingstoke is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy retail team. You will drive sales, manage budgets, develop staff, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours per week). You will implement store strategies, control stock, promotions, and merchandising, while building strong community relationships and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ management experience in a retail setting.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of store operations, stock control and customer service.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by achieving KPIs and engaging the team.
• Create and implement store strategies for high service standards.
• Develop and deliver the store business plan with focus on growth.
• Manage stock control, promotions, seasonal events and merchandising.
• Recruit, onboard and develop team members aligned with company values.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures.
• Manage budgets, financial controls and reporting.
