You will own store operations, manage budgets, develop staff, recruit and onboard, build strong community relationships, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies while aiming for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' proven management experience in retail.
• Track record of delivering sales targets and managing budgets.
