Job summary

White Stuff is looking for a Customer Host to deliver exceptional service in a busy fashion retail environment. You will work with the store team to ensure a welcoming, on-brand experience for every customer, both in-store and through multichannel channels.

You will engage customers, promote promotions, support stock and events, and help maintain high visual standards. The role involves a 4-hour contract with possible weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering great customer service on the shop floor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet KPI targets.
• Willingness to participate in events and multichannel initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Meet the ACE pillars: Be Friendly, Be Inspiring and Be Invaluable in every customer interaction.
• Use mPOS to demonstrate products across channels and create endless aisle orders.
• Sign customers up to newsletters and link purchases to their profile in line with privacy rules.
• Inform customers about promotions and discounts to boost sales.
• Assist in events and maintain high visual standards in-store.
• Process deliveries, stock replenishment and stocktakes as needed.
• Support floor moves, displays, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
