Job summary

White Stuff in Sheet, UK, is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor to support the Shop Manager and drive an outstanding on‑the‑high‑street customer experience.

You will lead by example, coach the team, manage stock and promotions, maintain visual and commercial standards, and ensure strong KPI delivery while guiding training and daily briefs.

This 12‑hour contract may include weekend work. Benefits include a quarterly bonus, generous holiday, staff discount and Pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Lead by example and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Promote multichannel shopping and email sign‑ups.
• Maintain high visual standards in-store and support replenishment.
• Understand KPIs and communicate them to the team.
• Organise and support daily/weekly shop operations and task delegation.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Shop Manager and sit within the Retail team.
• Lead by example to ensure first‑class customer service in line with ACE pillars.
• Promote customer information gathering and email signups in line with data protection.
• Coordinate floor moves, displays, and product feature promotion.
• Manage promotions, stock, and KPI communication to the team.
