Flutter Entertainment Plc is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader in Hoddesdon to lead frontline customer service in our busy retail betting environment. The role is permanent with a starting pay of £13.25 per hour and a focus on delivering outstanding hospitality and smooth shop operations.

You'll manage customer interactions across channels, support the Shop Manager in daily operations, and ensure high standards of presentation and social responsibility. Flexible benefits are provided.

Responsabilités

• Assisting customers to place bets through various channels, such as our betting terminals, telephone services, and in-shop transactions
• Maintaining excellent shop presentation standards to create an inviting atmosphere for customers
• Responsible for all operations in the absence of the Shop Manager, ensuring smooth functioning of the shop
• Adapting to changing situations while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach when hosting
• Fulfilling social responsibility duties by adhering to established guidelines and regulations
