Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor for a Birmingham store. This 8-hour contract may require weekend availability. You will lead by example to deliver an outstanding customer experience, support the Shop Manager with commercial, visual and operational standards, and help train the team.

You will supervise daily shop activity, drive multichannel engagement, and ensure store KPIs are understood and met, while upholding brand values and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Leading by example and coaching the team to deliver excellent customer service in line with ACE pillars.
• Promoting customer information collection while protecting data and driving email sign-ups.
• Maintaining high visual standards in-store and supporting with floor moves and replenishment.
• Making commercial decisions and supporting promotions and key trading weeks.
• Organising and supporting shop operations, staff management processes and wellbeing initiatives.
• Processing deliveries, stock takes and audits, and ensuring compliance with procedures.
