Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host to deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences across our fashion and lifestyle ranges. You will report to the Shop Manager within the Retail team and support multichannel shopping with a strong focus on visual standards and stock replenishment.

The role requires weekend availability and an 8-hour contract. You will engage customers, promote promotions, participate in events, and uphold health and safety procedures while embodying our brand ethos.

Responsibilities

• Meet the ACE pillars Be Friendly, Be Inspiring and Be Invaluable throughout the customer journey.
• Understand and improve shop KPIs to drive performance.
• Promote multichannel shopping using the mobile point of sale (mPOS).
• Engage customers by signing them up to newsletters and sending e-receipts in line with data protection rules.
• Explain promotions and discounts to inform and increase sales.
• Support events such as Customer Event and preview evenings.
• Maintain high visual standards in-store and assist with floor moves and replenishment.
• Explain product features (fits, style, fabrics) to help buying decisions.
• Process deliveries and ensure stock is replenished on the shop floor.
• Assist with stock takes and stock management processes.
• Follow brand guidelines and participate in team briefs.
