Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help stock shelves, process payments at the tills, and maintain the store’s appearance while delivering excellent customer service.

You will work to improve service through on-the-job coaching, abide by safety policies, and assist in various store areas as needed to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and courteously.
• Willingness to stock shelves and maintain store appearance.
