Job summary

We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be working in a fast paced retail environment where no day is the same.

You will play an important role in the day-to-day operations by providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the store’s appearance. You will strive to improve service through on-the-job coaching and feedback.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at tills and in-store.
• Stock shelves and maintain store appearance.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
