Job summary

One Stop in Cambridge is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team. You will engage with customers, stock shelves, process payments and help maintain the store’s appearance, aiming for excellent service every shift.

You will follow safety policies, clock in and out accurately, and support various store areas from tills to replenishment. In some cases, duties may include Post Office Local operations after passing required checks.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent customer service and helps customers with needs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse customers.
• Experience stocking shelves and replenishing stock to ensure availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with passion and pride.
• Stock shelves and replenish stock to keep aisles neat and accessible.
• Process payments accurately at the tills and support checkout operations.
• Help maintain the store’s appearance and cleanliness throughout shifts.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with company policies (including age-restricted product handling).
