One Stop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team. You will deliver friendly service, stock shelves, process payments and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will work across tills, replenishment and shop floor operations, respond to customer inquiries, and support store leadership to keep daily tasks running smoothly. This role may include the day-to-day operations of the Post Office Local if present, subject to background checks.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers.
• Stock shelves and maintain shop appearance.
• Process payments at the till.
• Help ensure safety and compliance with store policies.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment and participate in events.
• Follow the Think 25 policy when serving age-restricted products.
