Job summary

One Stop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at a busy store. You will provide outstanding customer service and help maintain shelves, assist with payments, and keep the store looking its best to enhance the shopping experience.

You will work across tills and stock routines, ensuring tasks are completed to meet customer needs while following safety and company policies. You may be involved in additional duties and seasonal events as required.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers.
• Stock shelves and maintain store presentation.
• Process payments accurately at the till and manage cash.
