Job summary

One Stop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast paced retail environment where no day is the same. You will provide excellent customer service, stock shelves, process payments and help maintain the store's appearance.

You will work to put customers first, seek feedback on their shopping trip, support various store areas including online, tills, replenishment and stock routines, and help ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers
• Stock shelves and ensure products are well presented
• Process payments accurately at tills and help with checkout operations
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness throughout shift
• Offer on-the-job coaching and guidance to improve service quality
• Assist across store areas including online orders, replenishment, vending and stock routines
• Follow safety procedures and ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and colleagues
• Participate in after-hours or shift leadership tasks when needed
• Follow Think 25 policy for age-restricted products when serving customers
• Respond quickly to assistance calls or interventions on self-service checkouts
• Ensure compliance with training and store policies in daily tasks
• Support the Post Office Local operations if applicable and pass required background checks
