Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary in the United Kingdom, is hiring a Customer Service Assistant for a fast-paced retail environment. You will be dedicated to helping customers, stocking shelves, and processing payments while maintaining store standards.

You will contribute to a safe, welcoming shop by following training, policies, and safety procedures, and you may support post office duties where required.

Qualifications

• Providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with purchases and inquiries.
• Stocking shelves and ensuring products are well displayed.
• Processing payments accurately at the tills.
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers.
• Stock shelves and process payments.
• Help maintain the store’s appearance and cleanliness.
• Encourage customer feedback through surveys.
• Work across store areas including online orders, tills, replenishment and stock routines.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• May run aShift in the absence of the Shift Leader.
• If applicable, undertake Post Office Local duties and related checks.
