One Stop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join the team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will provide excellent customer service, stock shelves, process payments and help maintain the store’s appearance.

You will engage with customers, follow store policies, and strive to improve service through coaching and feedback. This role supports a welcoming and safe shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Stock shelves and assist customers across store areas.
• Process payments accurately and maintain store appearance.

Responsibilities

• Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride.
• Encourage feedback from customers via the 'have your say' survey.
• Work across tills, replenishment, online and stock routines to meet customer needs.
• Follow training to work safely and comply with policies.
• Support seasonal events and foster an inclusive store atmosphere.
• Follow security procedures and wear safety equipment where available.
• Follow the Think 25 policy when serving age restricted products.
