Job summary

Oliver Bonas in the West Midlands is seeking a Team Member to join our OB team on a 10-hour weekly pattern (Wed 4h, Sun 6h). You will help deliver a fantastic customer experience and support store operations.

You will maintain product knowledge, communicate with the team, participate in training, assist with stock, keep shop floors tidy, and be ready to cover other stores if needed. This role offers a friendly, fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge.
• Have strong, consistent communication with the team.
• Participate in all training opportunities provided and contribute positively to team sessions.
• Embrace ownership of tasks, setting a good example for the rest of the team.
• Adhere to all operational practices and procedures, e.g. stock deliveries, health and safety standards, stock takes and replenishment.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the store, including back of house/stockroom areas.
• Support other stores where needed.
• Be aware of store's sales targets and current performance versus targets/figures.
• Be aware of store and company product best-sellers to support sales growth.
