Job summary

William Hill is seeking enthusiastic retail team members to join our high-street shops. You will welcome customers, help them place bets, and demonstrate betting terminals while building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional service.

As part of our team you’ll champion safer gambling, support managers with displays and opening/closing tasks, and enjoy a range of full and part-time shifts across a variety of hours.

Qualifications

• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Able to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Age 18+ (legal requirement)

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers with a friendly face.
• Processing bets and assisting with customer queries.
• Helping customers by demonstrating how to use betting terminals.
• Building relationships with customers and providing excellent service.
• Championing safer gambling at all times.
• Supporting managers with shop displays and opening/closing activities as required
