Job summary

Argos in Bridlington is seeking a Customer Service Colleague to help customers at tills, website screens on the shop floor and at the collection counter. You’ll collect products from stock, take payments and discuss relevant financial services while processing refunds.

You’ll be present on the shop floor to assist customers and provide product recommendations. You’ll build strong product knowledge and be a supportive team member in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with flexible shifts and

Must be able to provide friendly, helpful customer service at busy times and be comfortable discussing financial services when appropriate.
Able to work in a fast-paced, physical retail environment and thrive as part of a team.
Willing to be flexible across shifts and complete training to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service at tills, on website screens, on the shop floor and at the collection counter.
