Job summary

Argos is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding service across tills, in-store screens and collection points. You’ll assist with stock collection, refunds, and explain financial services where relevant. The role includes on-floor customer support and promoting products and promotions.

You’ll work in a fast-paced store environment, with flexible, part-time shifts and a focus on teamwork, digital tools, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be above school leaving age in the UK.
• Must have Right to Work in the UK.
• Most roles are part-time with varied shifts including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on tills, on website screens, and at collection counters.
• Assist customers by collecting products from stock, processing refunds and explaining financial services.
• Keep stock room neat and restock deliveries as needed.
• Be present on the shop floor to help customers with questions and product advice.
• Build knowledge of products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
