Job summary

Argos in the UK is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver excellent service to customers visiting our stores to shop or collect online orders. You’ll greet customers, help them find products, process purchases on tills and assist with returns.

You’ll build knowledge about products and promotions, work across shifts including weekdays and weekends, and enjoy a fast-paced, high-energy environment with team support and training.

Qualifications

• You must be above the school-leaver age in your country.
• Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
• Roles are part-time and scheduled across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
• Collect products from stock, take payments, explain financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds.
• Keep stock room neat and tidy and restock products from deliveries.
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers and providing product recommendations.
• Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to assist customers.
