You will assist customers, handle payments, explain financial services where relevant and keep stock areas tidy. You will build product knowledge, stay aware of promotions and use digital tools to help customers. Flexibility for varied shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
• Handle payments, explain financial services where applicable, and process refunds.
• Keep the stock room neat and restock goods from deliveries.
• Assist customers on the shop floor with product questions and recommendations.
• Build knowledge of products, services and promotions to offer informed guidance.
