Job summary

Argos is seeking a Customer Service Colleague to deliver exceptional service at tills and on the shop floor. You will assist with payments, refunds and financial service information while helping customers across product ranges.

You will be part of a fast-paced team, trained across multiple skills, and encouraged to learn and grow with a strong focus on digital tools and accurate product knowledge. Flexible hours and inclusive culture are offered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens on the shop floor and at the collection counter.
• Collect products from stock area for customers, take payments, explain financial service options, and process refunds.
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers and provide product advice; assist in stock room when busy.
• Build product knowledge to offer recommendations and support customers.
