Argos is hiring for a part-time position in the United Kingdom. You will deliver friendly customer service at tills, on the shop floor, and at the collection counter, while also handling payments and refunds. You’ll assist customers with product questions and gain strong knowledge of products and promotions to make informed recommendations.

The role offers opportunities to learn, develop, and work flexibly in a fast-paced store environment, with training across multiple skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
• Collect products from stock area, take payments, explain financial services for certain products and process refunds.
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers and providing advice on products, supporting in stock room when busy.
• Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.
