Job summary

Argos in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding service at tills, on in-store screens, and at the collection counter. You will help customers with product questions, process payments and refunds, and assist in the stock room when needed.

The role supports a high-energy, team-focused store culture and a strong emphasis on knowledge of products and services. Successful candidates will be friendly, confident communicating with customers, and capable of working

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Most roles are part-time across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
• Collect products from stock area for customers, take payments, explain financial service options where relevant, and process refunds.
• Be present on the shop floor to assist customers and answer questions, supporting stock room tasks when needed.
