Job summary

Argos in the United Kingdom seeks a Customer Advisor to deliver excellent service at tills, on website screens, and at the collection counter. You’ll help customers with questions, assist on the shop floor, and support in stock areas when needed.

You will build strong product knowledge to offer informed recommendations, thrive in a fast-paced environment with a team, and enjoy ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Availability for part-time shifts across weekdays and weekends.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn about products, services and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
• Collect products from stock, take payments, explain financial service offerings and process refunds.
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers, and support in the stock room when needed.
• Build knowledge about products and promotions to provide recommendations.
