Job summary

Argos in Enniskillen is hiring a Customer Advisor to support in-store and online order collections. The role is part-time (16 hours per week) in a fixed-term assignment until 2 January 2027, with shifts across mornings, afternoons and evenings.

You will deliver friendly, efficient service at the till, assist customers on the shop floor, and help with stock and product knowledge to support sales and smooth store operations. Right to work in the UK required.

Qualifications

• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
• Part-time role with shifts including weekdays and weekends.
• Hours scheduled to fit availability; shifts may vary weekly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at tills, on website screens and collection counter.
• Collect products from stock, process payments and explain financial service options.
• Provide product advice on the shop floor and assist in stock room when busy.
• Build product knowledge to offer helpful recommendations.
