Job summary

Argos in Holywood, Belfast is hiring a Customer Advisor for a part-time, fixed-term role ending 2 January 2027. Pay is £13.23 per hour, with 8 hours per week and a flexible shift pattern to fit around availability.

You will assist customers on tills, at collection, and on the shop floor, delivering friendly, high-quality service. Full training is provided and this position offers the chance to build product knowledge, promote services, and support a fast-paced environment during busy seasonal

Qualifications

• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
• Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens, and collection counter.
• Collect products from stock area for customers, process payments and refunds, provide details on financial services.
• Be present on shop floor helping customers with questions and providing product recommendations.
• Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to assist customers.
