Job summary

iFacility is seeking a full-time Crime Reporting Administrator to support IT and administrative duties for the crime reporting platform. You will review the incident feed, retrieve CCTV footage, and upload images of perpetrators while coordinating with police forces on repeat offenders.

The role requires strong IT skills, experience in customer service, and the ability to work in a small team. A Basic DBS and background checks are part of the process; 37-hour week schedule applies.

Qualifications

• IT literate and comfortable with computer systems and packages.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and related software.
• Background in customer service within retail, security, or admin roles.
• Experience working in a small team setting.
• Familiarity with telephone systems used for communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate IT and administrative duties for the crime reporting platform.
• Review and keep the incident feed up to date on the platform.
• Retrieve CCTV footage and time documentation from the Store Manager.
• Upload CCTV and still images of the perpetrator to the platform.
• Report incidents to the police and coordinate with forces regarding repeat offenders.
• Manage communication between police forces and crimes reported; submit forms/statements.
• Answer telephone inquiries from police representatives and handle queries.
• Track prosecutions and successes; adhere to company policies and procedures.
