The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Counter Lead in the United Kingdom to support the Brand in driving sales turnover and market share through consumer focus and outstanding service.

You will reflect a credible Brand image and maximize sales while maintaining store standards. Responsibilities include stock replenishment, executing visual merchandising, managing refunds and complaints per guidelines, and leveraging digital channels to enhance the brand's presence locally.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer facing environment.
• Ability to drive self-development and stay proactive.
• Commercial understanding of retail dynamics and promotions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily replenishment and stock movement.
• Maximise sales via data reports and commercial insights.
• Plan and deliver visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Identify stock issues and take corrective action with Area Manager input.
• Manage promotions and discounts in line with company policy.
• Monitor trends and suggest actions to improve product performance.
