Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Counter Lead for its retail presence in the United Kingdom. You will support the Brand in driving sales turnover and market share while maintaining a consumer-focused approach.

You will reflect a professional Brand image, maximize sales through excellent service, and ensure adherence to Company procedures. You will be accountable for achieving daily and weekly targets, leveraging digital channels and events, and delivering the Brand Strategy locally.

Responsibilities

• Reflect a credible and professional Brand image to all consumers.
• Maximise sales through selling and exceptional service.
• Adhere to store/Brand/Company procedures to ensure efficiency.
• Understand daily/weekly targets and plan accordingly.
• Utilise eventing, Omni and digital channels to drive business growth.
• Keep up to date with competitor activities and missed opportunities.
• Leverage social media to protect and enhance Brand image.
• Deliver the Brand Strategy and local plan execution.
• Plan and implement local marketing and events aligned to retailer activity.
• Maintain high service standards and a proactive, zero-complaints mindset.
• Be an ambassador for the Brand and its values.
• Manage refunds and complaints per guidelines with Area Manager consultation.
• Keep knowledge up to date using digital tools.
