Responsibilities

• Manage daily replenishment and stock movements.
• Maximise sales using commercial insight and reports.
• Plan and deliver the visual merchandising layout to guidelines and timelines.
• Identify stock issues and take corrective action with the Area Manager informed.
• Manage promotions and discounts according to Company guidelines.
• Identify trends and suggest product performance improvements.
• Deliver excellent service and maintain retail standards with a zero-complaint mindset.
• Act as Brand ambassador and uphold Brand values in all interactions.
• Handle refunds and complaints per Company guidelines and close the loop.
