Job summary

BP Retail is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a busy, modern store. You will help customers with their needs, work as part of a supportive, collaborative team and receive online and on-the-job training to develop your skills.

Qualifications

• Individuals with a passion for customer service and who are energised by working together as a collaborative team within a fast-paced retail environment.
• No prior retail experience is required as online and on-the-job training will support you to develop the skills and capabilities you will need to perform your role at bp.

Responsibilities

• Making sure that safety of yourself, your colleagues, and the customer, in line with bp policies and procedures, is your top priority
• Serving customers efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively
• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, in line with bp beliefs
• Preparing and serving food and drink items from our Wild Bean Café
• Taking in deliveries, replenishing stock and stock management tasks
• Being proactive with supporting bp's offers, promotions and bp loyalty scheme
• Carrying out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store, facilities, and forecourt
