Job summary

BP Retail is hiring a Customer Service Assistant for night shifts in our stores. You will greet customers, answer queries, and support the Wild Bean Café with food and drink service.

Qualifications

• Passionate about customer service and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• No previous retail experience required as training is provided online and on the job.
• Willingness to work nights and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Making sure that safety of yourself, your colleagues, and the customer, in line with bp policies and procedures, is your top priority
• Serving customers efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively
• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, in line with bp beliefs
• Preparing and serving food and drink items from our Wild Bean Café
• Taking in deliveries, replenishing stock and stock management tasks
• Being proactive with supporting bp’s offers, promotions and bp loyalty scheme
• Carrying out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store, facilities, and forecourt
