Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead a busy UK branch and drive sales across transfers and vehicle acquisitions.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate appraisals and customer interactions, and work within a fast-growing national network. The role includes 42.5 hours weekly on a rotating pattern with weekend work and a strong bonus scheme based on performance.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and independently.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will buy cars and ensure the efficient running of your branch; you are the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Carry out appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist the transport department when not buying cars.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours:You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
