WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED in the United Kingdom is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead a busy branch on a 25.5-hour week with a 3 days on/4 days off rotation. The role includes a competitive salary of £16,920 per year plus significant monthly and annual bonuses based on company performance and weekend work is involved.

Aufgaben

• Buy cars and ensure efficient running of the branch; main customer contact.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to coordinate activity.
• When not buying cars, assist the transport department as required.

About The Role

Job: Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £16,920 per year

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 25.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 3 days on 4 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
