Job summary

We Buy Any Car Ltd. is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager for its growing UK network. Lead a busy branch, drive sales and manage transfers while delivering superior car-buying service to customers across multiple sites.

You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off, including weekends. The role emphasizes customer focus, relationship building and strong administrative skills to support back-office operations.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience of working in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell cars and ensure efficient branch operation; be the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to secure appointments and meet targets.
• Appraise cars, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to keep processes smooth.
• When not buying cars, assist the transport department as required.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours:You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required
