Job summary

We Buy Any Car Ltd. is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead a busy branch, drive sales targets and ensure smooth transfer processes. You will be the main point of contact for customers and coordinate daily operations across the site.

The role requires a full UK manual driving license, a proven track record in a target-driven environment and excellent customer service skills. Expect 42.5 hours per week with a rotational 5-on/2-off pattern, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches; main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Perform appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues across the business.
• When not buying cars, assist the transport department as required.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours:You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
