Job summary

We Buy Any Car Ltd. is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead branch operations and drive performance. The role involves managing a busy customer-facing environment, organising diary flow, and meeting sales targets across our UK network.

You will be the main contact for customers, perform car appraisals, negotiate prices and close deals while delivering exceptional service. A full UK driving license and strong IT/admin skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient branch operations, serving as main customer contact.
• Schedule appointments and pursue targets by contacting customers.
• Conduct vehicle appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and provide exceptional service.
• Coordinate with back office and other teams.
• Assist the transport department as required.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours:You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
