Job summary

We Buy Any Car Ltd. is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in Oldham to drive branch performance and customer service excellence. You will lead day-to-day sales activities, manage appointments, and ensure smooth vehicle transactions from appraisal to delivery.

The role offers a 42.5-hour week on a rotational pattern with weekend work, a £28,200 base salary (OTE £35,220), and a generous bonus scheme based on company performance.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work independently in a role requiring lone working.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient branch operations; main contact for customers.
• Contact customers, prioritise diary to book appointments and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver great customer service.
• Coordinate with back office and teammates; support transport when needed.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
