You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring responsible gambling practices are followed. The role involves processing bets, handling cash with care, and working evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer bets accurately and promptly.
• Answer customer queries quickly and knowledgeably.
• Promote and explain products and promotions to customers.
• Support promotional events during sporting calendars.
• Maintain a welcoming, well-presented shop environment.
• Ensure cash handling is performed with care and accuracy.
• Follow Think 25 policy and age verification procedures.
